Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, yourself, from inside the app — no request and no waiting.

Steps

1. Open the Dinar Tree app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete Account, read the warning, and confirm.

Deletion is immediate — no manual processing is involved.

What is permanently deleted

• Your account and profile: name, phone number, governorate and settings.
• All saved delivery addresses, including any location coordinates stored with them.
• Favourites, and your cart with its contents.
• Your product ratings and reviews.
• Your notifications and your registered push device token — you will receive no further notifications.
• Your coupon redemption history.

What is retained, and why

Past order records are kept in anonymised form and can no longer be linked to you: your name on the order is replaced with “deleted user”, your phone number is erased from it, and the order is detached from your deleted account. Amounts, items and order statuses remain as an accounting record only, as accounting and tax requirements demand.

Important

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We cannot restore the account or its data afterwards.
• If you have an order in progress, wait until it arrives — deletion removes the contact details the courier needs to reach you.
• You may register again later with the same phone number, but it will be a new, empty account with no previous history.

Can't access the app?

If you have lost access to your account or device, send a deletion request from the same registered phone number through our support channels — email and WhatsApp: to be filled in before launch. We process it within 48 hours after verifying you own the number.
